  • Cancellation Policy

    -Students or Parents must contact me about lesson cancellation 24hr in advance.

    If students or parents/guardians contact me during the 24hr period, then they will have to pay the full lesson cost.

  • Rescheduling

    In the need of a rescheduling parents/guardians and students can either find a open period on the scheduling calendar or contact the band director and I for options.

    Rescheduling must also be notified 24hr in advance or a full payment will be required

  • Payment procedures

    Payment must be received the day of the lesson

    If you are a student or parent/guardian through the school, please verify with me if the contract with the school requires payment to me directly or to another school related entity.

    If you have confirmed, you will be paying directly to me, please continue reading. STUDENTS NOT CONTRACTED THROUGH THE SCHOOL WILL PAY ME DIRECTLY UNLESS NOTIFIED.

    In case of unforeseen circumstances late payment may be waived

    No shows will require full payment

    If you have a subscription through the website and need to reschedule a payment because of an approved rescheduled lesson, then please email me the date and time of your previous and current lesson time.

    If you have a subscription and need to change the payment amount due to shorter or longer lesson times that have been approved, please email me the date and time of your previous and current lesson time.
